My Services
SDP Transition Support
- Ensuring participants understand their rights, responsibilities, and next steps after orientation
- Reviewing current IPPs and beginning to craft person-centered plans that align with SDP frameworks
- Acting as a liaison, smoothing out communication with service coordinators and administrative teams
- Importantly for marketing: clients will not be burdened with any out-of-pocket expenses during the initial transition — 100% is paid by the Regional Center
- Understanding the individual and their abilities, aspirations, goals, and existing resources
- Creating a detailed, individualized Person-Centered Plan
- Facilitating a circle of support meeting with family and trusted people in the individual's life
- Ensuring the plan truly reflects the individual's voice and self-determined goals
- Assisting the participant in making informed decisions about their individual budget CA
- Helping develop a spending plan that aligns with their IPP and stays within their individual budget
- Helping identify which services and supports are eligible under SDP guidelines
- Connecting clients with a Financial Management Services (FMS) provider
- Leading, participating in, or advocating on behalf of the participant in the person-centered planning process and development of the IPP
- Attending Regional Center meetings alongside the individual and family
- Advocating for tailored support services in the PCP with the Regional Center
- Standing up for the individual's rights and best interests at every step
- Ongoing support to adjust the plan as needs evolve and to satisfy Regional Center renewal requirements
- Regular check-ins to ensure services are being delivered as planned
- Identifying immediate and long-term needs and developing options to meet those needs
- Continuous advocacy throughout the participant's SDP journey

Built on a career rooted in inclusion and service, Next Level brings a rare combination of frontline experience and professional expertise to California's Self-Determination Program. I began as an educator who didn't just teach students with special needs, I transformed how they were served, successfully advocating to move students out of segregated classrooms and into inclusive environments with the right support. That commitment to doing what' right, not just what's easy, has never stopped.
What sets Next Level apart is simple: I show up for my clients the way I'd want someone to show up for me. That means honest, ethical, person-centered planning — always aligned with California's Self-Determination Program requirements — delivered with the organization, responsiveness, and genuine care that individuals and families deserve but don't always get.
